Picanha / Garlic Picanha
Terra Gaucha's “signature cut” Picanha is the most popular Brazilian cut of beef. Picanha comes from the premium part of the top sirloin and is highly recommended by our chefs.

Fraldinha- Bottom Sirloin
This delectable cut of beef is very juicy and rich in flavor. We keep the gaucho tradition alive by preparing this delicious cut with sea salt then expertly roasting it over flames.
Filet-Mignon- Beef Tenderloin
Tender and mouthwatering this cut of beef needs no introduction.
We serve the Filet Mignon lightly seasoned with rock sea salt and its also served wrapped in thick cut bacon.
Contra-Filé- Rib Eye
Delicate marbling runs through this amazing steak to give it its outstanding robust taste and tenderness. Prepared in true Gaucho fashion the center cut of Contra Filé is seasoned with “Sal Grosso”(Coarse sea salt) then grilled to juicy perfection.
Cordeiro (Rack of Lamb and Leg of Lamb)
Bone-In full Leg of Lamb prepared with fresh herbs and skillfully prepared and served by our Gauchos.

Costela De Porco- Pork Ribs

Frango – Chicken Marinated Drumstick and Chicken Breast Wrapped in Bacon
Distinctly marinated for hours to complement its natural flavors, our chicken drumsticks are served bone-in and carefully roasted over natural wood charcoal.
The chicken medallions w/ bacon is an expertly seasoned, tender chicken breast, wrapped with thick-cut bacon to create a mouthwatering medallion.
